Soft Reset
To perform a soft resetUse the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button onthe left side of your device. The device restarts and displays theToday screen.Warning! Always turn off your device before performing a soft reset orinstalling/replacing the battery and SIM card.
Hard Reset
1. Press and hold the Comm Manager button and Voice Commandbutton on the device. At the same time, use the stylus to lightlypress the RESET button.
2. Keep the Comm Manager button and Voice Command buttonpressed, and the following message will appear on the screen:
3. Release the two buttons, and press the Send button to perform ahard reset
